I will soon be going overseas to take part in a MEDLIFE Service Learning Trip. As a volunteer, I will work closely with medical professionals and community leaders to help deliver medical services, educational workshops and development projects to families in need.
This is my first Service Learning Trip. I have been interested in doing a trip like this for a very long time. I am a nurse and am interested in using my nursing skills in a completely new way and environment. I went into nursing because I enjoy serving others and developing a strong bond with people. It gives me joy knowing that I have made a difference in someone else’s life. Please consider supporting my participation! Thank you so much.
